Awesome place to visit so close to SLC, Owner is super chill, awesome fishing access overall wife kids and myself had a great time Thank You!

Tiny RV park but a good location if you are going to go plat at lake Rockport or Echo lake.

He goes to the office and asks for another site because he did not get a full HU. She says she doesn't have one and to work it out with the guy next to him. What? Oh that would be because the guy across from him has a FHU and he is tent camping. Oh and she told the tent camper to go ahead and pitch his tents in our site. The guy asked us if that was okay. Since we were only there for the night so no problem. I am a full-timer so I understand mistakes are made and you have to roll with it. I don't think this was fair to the tent camper either. NOW it gets really strange. I went to the office with my brother because I made the reservations. My brother asked if they didn't have a FHU site he was willing to stay in the site he was in for the price of a partial HU. She replied that all sites are basically the same and are the same $ regardless of the HU. Not true apparently there are dry sites, partials and FHU. I told her that on their web site they only list dry sites or FHUs. A rough looking heavy set woman on the other side of the counter chimed in telling us that "She would take her happy ass out to the site and show us where the sewer HU was out of the goodness of her heart since she didn't work there. Okay this woman was apparently a friend of the girl behind the desk. I quickly told her if she didn't work their to mind her own business. I guess she thought she was being tough and was gonna take care of business for her friend. NOT going to happen. This is when I told them if they couldn't find another FHU site that we would take site 36 which is a FHU and THEY could figure it out. Apparently site 36 was reserved. Since they assign you sites this didn't make sense. Well, after we threatened to move into site 36. She called her manager and low and behold site 9 was available with a FHU. I will never come back here again.

No one should have to fight for what they paid for. RVIng is suppose to be fun. This place has lost sight of that for sure. WILL NEVER RETURN. On a happier note. Red Desert Rose CG in Rawlins was a great experience. They even give you chocolate mints for your pillow and a military disc.!

Had a great time last weekend. The camp hosts were nice and helpful. We came up with a group of 24 people and they were able to fit us all in. The river was great to play in as well.

This was a very strange experience. Reserved 2 FHU sites for myself and my brother. I had already read from another reviewer that the registration office was in the convenience store of the Phillips 66. The girl at the counter could not initially find our reservation which was a paper based system backed up with the computer. She assigns us two site across from each other. Great right? Okay I had a FHU my brother a partial HU.

The sites are tight. I have a 31ft Class A towing a jeep and I parked okay, but for a longer rig it would be difficult. Why? Well the sites are not typical pull-thrus. The are curved like a small circular driveway. Since the sites are very close together this will be hard to manage if the sites around your site are occupied. Definitely unhook your tow first or you will have to unhook in the road because you won't be able to straighten your rig.

Bathrooms were very dirty. We rented a cabin and didn't end up staying the night because we found dead spiders on the beds and cob webs everywhere. There was even what looked to be mud(I assume the best) under one of the beds. The front window didn't have a screen. They were very friendly in giving me a refund.
